Waiting for a train has never been so pleasurable. There I was in the tiny hamlet of Katonah, New York killing a half hour before my train back to the city arrived. I ambled into the small storefront that houses Anna Shea and was bowled over by the rich aroma of chocolate. But what really struck me was the display of gorgeous hand-painted chocolates, each one a tiny masterpiece.
