Soho: Valentine’s Day Cooking Classes at Fiamma

Chef Fabio Trabocchi who has won raves for his food at Fiamma will be conducting cooking classes:

Chef Fabio Trabocchi Introduces a Cooking Class Series

Chef Fabio Trabocchi announces a series of cooking classes in which he’ll teach the dishes that have earned him acclaim, including three stars in The New York Times.

Beginning in March, Trabocchi will offer a monthly Saturday cooking class based around his menu at Fiamma. Each two-hour class will be followed by a meal . Fiamma’s first cooking class series will consist of:

Le Paste e Il Risotto – March 29
Discover Le Marche traditions in dishes such as
I Vincisgrassi and Il Risotto

Gli Antipasti – April 26
Trabocchi teaches the finer techniques that go into such dishes as
Il Carpaccio and I Carciofi

Dal Mare e Dalla Terra – May 31
Learn to prepare such delicacies as
Il Merluzzo, La Razza and Il Vitello

All classes begin at 11 a.m. Each class costs $100 per person, or $250 per person for all three classes. Class size is limited. To reserve a spot, please contact Nicole Fisher at 212-331-0316, nfisher@brguestinc.com, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition, Chef Trabocchi will present a special couples-only Valentine’s Day-themed cooking class on Saturday, February 9, at 11 a.m. for $150 per couple.
