Anyone who’s breathing–and eating–in the city knows about the Big Apple BBQ Block Party. But if you’ve been living under a rock, here’s the info, courtesy of the Madison Square Park Conservancy:
It must be summer because the great Big Apple Barbecue Block Party is back! Next weekend, June 7 and 8, from 12 to 6, you can enjoy the best barbecue prepared by chefs from across the country, along with great vibes and tuneful music. Fourteen of the nation’s top pit masters will showcase their unique, award-winning regional barbecue styles, including new additions from Virginia, California and Connecticut. Three musical performers each day play tunes to set the mood. Participants can also enjoy seminars and demos – all free of charge – held at the Every Day with Rachael Ray Tent on East 25th Street. We’ll provide a full line up of chefs and performers next week. Limited fast passes are still available until May 31. For more information, click here. Related posts: |
