Not a big deal, but as I live in the area, Trader Joe’s in Queens is NOT in the Rego Park section of Queens. I’m in Forest Hills and although I know where Trader Joe’s is located on Metropolitan Avenue it is no longer Forest Hills, but another named section of Queens. It can be very confusing for people trying to find places in the borough of Queens as it is such a large area. Some listings for my own address have me living in Flushing, Queens, NY yet my zip code 11375 is specifically Forest Hills. Go figure…it’s New Yawk.
Trader Joe’s on the upper west side – great idea but it better be a bigger store than the one in Queens! The comment about trying to park in their lot which also is parking for Staples and Michael’s Arts & Crafts can be horrendous. We too use the Home Depot parking lot – I’m sure Home Depot will be really happy to hear that!
