I just got back from Rome. While there, I went on a bit of a gelato tear. Well, maybe a mini-gelato tear since I only indulged at two hugely popular shops.
We were looking for a place to grab a bite before the movies and settled on Seven’s Turkish Grill on 72nd St. Don’t go for the atmosphere. The decor is spare, verging on coffee shop barren. But the food is first rate.

There’s nothing like a good New Jersey diner. And The Jefferson Diner in Lake Hopatcong, NJ located on Route 15 on the way to the Delaware Water Gap measures up in nearly every way.
Fresh seafood will be flown in from Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market to Mitsuwa Marketplace in Edgewater, NJ for an event July 11-13. Here is a partial list of expected seafood (but it will depend on what is fresh at the Tsukiji Market).
