stars. And Chef Ed Brown recived a single Michelin star for the second year in a row for his restaurant Eighty-One.

Brown, who recently opened Ed’s Chowder House in the Empire Hotel, situated across from Lincoln Center, has instituted a budget menu at Eighty-One. That means you can get Michelin star quality food at very reasonable prices.
