Where to Eat Out on Thanksgiving on the Upper West Side

My blood pressure is already up 20 points just thinking about all the work I have ahead of me to get Thanksgiving dinner on the table.  How I wish someone else—say, a restaurant—was doing T-day duty.

For those of you not required to operate in the Norman Rockwell mode, here are some suggestions for restaurants serving Thanksgiving dinner on the Upper West Side and elsewhere in New York. Open Table,  About.com, and Gayot, the restaurant guide, all feature Upper West Side eateries, including:
