A Holiday Dinner at Bar Boulud

Do you have $250 to splurge on a holiday dinner at Bar Boulud?  If so, a Lyonnaise feast Dec. 5 will feature specialties from the region, created by Chef Daniel Boloud.  Here are the details:

What: A Lyonnaise Feast Holiday Dinner. Dine on the cuisine of Lyon—arguably the capital of French gastronomy—with a holiday menu created by Daniel Boulud and his team at Bar Boulud. Specialties include Lotte à l’Américaine, Poularde en Demi-Deuil and wines from the region. There will also be a silent auction of holiday gifts to benefit the Bocuse D’Or USA Foundation, which supports programs to train promising young chefs.

If you can get together a party of 18, you can score a private dining room.

When: Saturday, December 5th, 2009
Cocktail reception: 7:00 -7:30 pm
Dinner: 7:30 – 9:30 pm
