Grub Street reports thatDaniel Boulud will open a new 4,000 squarae foot restaurant at Lincoln Center (64th and Broadway). So if pate is too rich for your blood, this 1400 square foot eatery will serve up healthy and Mediterranean eats, Grub Street says.

It’s the Bouludization of the Lincoln Square area, I guess.

A winter opening is planned for the 110-seater, which will sit right next to Bar Boulud. That spot is always crammed with an oldish  pre-theater crowd.
