		<description><![CDATA[While it&#039;s true that the Berley brothers who own the Franklin Fountain bought and now operate Shane Confectionery, you can&#039;t actually buy ice cream at Shane&#039;s like the text suggests. The 1884 date is incorrect as well. There have been confectioners operating on-site since 1863 and the store opened as Shane&#039;s in 1911!]]></description>
