The Westside Independent reports two restaurant openings on the Upper West Side:

‘wichcraft, Tom Colicchio’s sandwich shop, opened in the new Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, at 63rd Street;
5 Napkin Burger will be opening soon in Ollie’s old spot on 84th and Broadway.
